Monitor rentals are available thanks to ZOWIE e-Sports. They will have 20 monitors available for $15 for the weekend. You'll have a chance to game on some amazing monitors, either the XL2536 144hz or the XL2546 240hz monitor. You can reserve a monitor on the LanReg site when you pre-pay for your spot.

The CS:GO tournament will be a group draw, round-robin tournament to determine placement. After groups, we will proceed to a double-elimination bracket.
This format ensures that every team gets to as most games as possible. We will be running the GET5 mod and MatchMedic will be available if there are any server or match issues. The Wichita LAN staff will try to ensure gameplay goes smoothly and best effort any issues that arise.
Payment for the tournament is due IN CASH at TEAM CHECK-IN, day off before tournament starts. PLEASE bring cash as we can ensure payment immediately at the end of the event.

Standard Arena maps. Prizes will be in the form of Steam Gift Certificates and/or Prizes depending on the amount of prize support from vendors. LAN server prefer but if we're not able to get local servers working, online servers will be required.

Grand Finals are Best Of 5. All other matches, including all pool matches are Best of 3.

Every 1v1 game must be created with the following Game Rules:
Game Mode: Stock
Teams: Off
Lives: 3
Match Time: 8:00
Gadgets: Off
Test Features: Off
Map Set: 1v1
Every game must be created with the following Lobby Settings:
Map Choosing: Tournament Striking
Map Striking
Lobby Settings will be set to Tournament Striking.
On the first game of any set, the higher seed team/player must strike all but three stages from the map pool. The lower seed team may then choose from the remaining three stages by striking two.
Every game afterward within the set, the losing team/player of the previous game must strike all but three stages from the map pool. The winning team of the previous game may then choose from the remaining three stages by striking two.
